stormcast challenge

Happy Monday to all of you painters! Golden Daemon is finished, and we are high off the amazing entries that inspire us to push our skills to the next %. A whole new batch of updated sculptures of Games Workshops Stormcast Eternals is coming over the horizon, and I'd like to start a new painting challenge that invites my Patreons & Pro Palette Members to come and explore these sculptures with me. I will create a series of tutorials that will focus on various elements of NMM, faces, and other elements that encompass these models. The goal here is to give you an updated method that I've gained over time and to help your paintings flourish. To cap this challenge, I will be holding a painting competition at the end with a couple of new Stormcast box sets to give away to the winners at the end of the Year!

So to kick things off, we have our first video that covers this darker warm NMM armour—showing that Stormcast doesn't need to be shiny and polished gold! This video will be a starting base for how to approach reading these volumes, where to base your primary and secondary reflections, and the techniques of the brush to put it in place. By the end, we should have a great library of methods and references to paint your Stormcast miniature, or at the least to take over to your subjects of choice.

It's now back to the video editing desk so I can share this one with you all! Talk soon and Happy Painting everyone!
